These short demos provide an insight into how you can use intraLibrary to discover, preview, download and share your digital resources quickly and easily.

1. Basic finding and using resources - searching for and download of digital resources, including:

• simple keyword searching
• the use of wildcards
• image preview of resources
• introduction to flexible download choices including single file, URL and structured file options
• rating resources
• setting up your own, personalised RSS news feeds

2. More advanced search capability - creating slightly more advanced searches for specific content including:

• adding various constraints to searches such as by language, star ratings level or technical format
• the ability to choose from almost 70 technical format constraints including JPEG, MPEG, AVI and standard Microsoft Office formats
• creating and saving specific searches for future use
• sharing these saved searches with colleagues

3. Browsing for resources using classifications - structured browsing of intraLibrary including:

• introduction to customisable classification systems in intraLibrary
• potential to use multiple classification systems
• finding structured content using the browse feature
• a link to more detail on how to develop your own classification system
